The Russian studio Four Quarters invited fans to download the Loop Hero game from a torrent. The developers were not once morest such a decision due to the blocking of the ability to purchase the title on Steam and other major digital stores.
The plot of Loop Hero is built around the world, which is imprisoned in a timeless loop. The player’s task is to break it in order to stop the suffering of the surviving inhabitants of this universe. “Swing to your health, enjoy the game,” the studio representatives commented on the decision on the page on VKontakte.
Loop Hero was released on March 4, 2021 on PC. The game has an average score of 82 out of 100 from the press and 8.2 out of 10 from users on review aggregator Metacritic.
