The petitioner’s lawyer said, “Since August 14, there is no trace of Muhammad Akram, the police has not even registered a case.”
Later, the court ordered the petitioner to submit an application for registration of the case in Sadar Baruni police station. While the Intelligence Bureau and CPO Rawalpindi have been asked for an affidavit on the next hearing.
