Ilya Nozadze, a 42-year-old citizen of Georgia, and Nadia Sokolenko, a 40-year-old resident of Jaffa, were also murdered with them in cold blood in an attack on Jerusalem Boulevard in Jaffa. Another person killed in the attack is Jonas Crossis, a Greek citizen who lived in Jerusalem and did a photo project of the light rail.

Shahar, who got married just over a year ago, was an outstanding international dancer and is survived by her husband Tai and her sisters Esther, Dikla and Merev and her parents Avraham and Ruth Goldman.
