According to the report, as of the end of June 2023, the total assets of Lanzhou Bank were 461.504 billion yuan, an increase of 5.86% from the beginning of the year; deposits were 337.930 billion yuan, an increase of 4.60% from the beginning of the year; loans and advances to customers were 237.213 billion yuan, an increase of 7.76% from the beginning of the year.
In terms of profitability, in the first half of 2023, the bank achieved operating income of 4.145 billion yuan, an increase of 341 million yuan or 8.96% over the same period of the previous year; realized a net profit of 988 million yuan, an increase of 140 million yuan or 16.56% over the same period of the previous year; The net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 958 million yuan, an increase of 130 million yuan or 15.68% over the same period of the previous year.
Regarding the level of interest margin, in the first half of 2023, the deposit interest rate of the bank decreased by 20 BP compared with the same period of the previous year, and the net interest margin decreased by 3 BP compared with the same period of the same period, and the decline rate narrowed significantly.
In terms of asset quality, the bank continued to deepen risk prevention and control, intensified the recovery and disposal of non-performing assets, and the main indicators of asset quality remained stable. As of the end of June 2023, the bank’s non-performing loan ratio was 1.70%, a decrease of 0.01 percentage point from the beginning of the year; the provision coverage ratio was 196.96%, and the loan-to-appropriation ratio was 3.35%; special mention loans decreased by 0.29 percentage points from the beginning of the year.
