Cyril Hanouna was the Alex Reed of the morning of franceinfo this Thursday, August 31. The host welcomes many new faces to his show, “Touche pas à mon poste”, this season: Moundir from Koh-Lanta, Alex Goude, Évelyne Thomas, Jacques Cardoze and Ségolène Royal.
On franceinfo, the tumultuous host returned behind the scenes of the arrival of Ségolène Royal, former candidate for the presidency of the French Republic. “She is everything I love. I fell in love with Ségolène Royal when she came on the show,” Hanouna recalls. “The next day she called me and said, ‘I may have an idea, to explain to an audience that isn’t necessarily interested in politics, what it really is.’ She was the one who had the idea, to explain 49.3, political holidays etc. She wanted to talk to people and explain some of the workings of political life”, he specifies.
Even if the idea came from the ex-minister, Hanouna does not say that it was easy to convince her to take the plunge. “It took days and days, I spoke to her many times on the phone, we talked to each other, talked once more… In the end it was great, at the end of the show we said to ourselves that we were very happy,” he said.
Faced with the question of the remuneration of Ségolène Royal, Hanouna kicks a little in touch. “Money is not me, I hate it, it annoys me when I talk regarding money with columnists. But it must be like all columnists, I don’t know, a range between 300 and 500 euros per show. “
