The security services of the Ministry of Interior were able to arrest a person following he assaulted an administrative security employee in a “residential complex” in Cairo, following circulating a video clip on Facebook.
The security services were able to uncover the circumstances of the aforementioned video clip, and it was found that on the 29th of this month, the Mokattam Police Department, in the Cairo Security Directorate, was informed by an administrative security employee in one of the residential complexes that he was damaged by (a person – residing in the same residential complex where he worked), for assaulting him with insults and defamation. The beating with the hands and causing “sporadic bruises to the body”, because the whistleblower stopped a microbus containing 4 people who requested entry to the residential complex on their way to the complainant’s right to repair his car, violating the instructions of the Complex Security Department regarding the prohibition of entering the microbus.
After legalizing the procedures, the defendant was arrested, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
