The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost a MiG-29 fighter.
About this on Friday, August 16, reported representative of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, former head of the public relations service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Yuriy Ignat.
“Unfortunately, we lost a MiG-29 today. Fortunately, everyone is alive and well. War…”, Ignat wrote on Facebook.
He did not announce the circumstances of the loss of the plane.
In a comment to “Ukrainian Pravda” PvK “East” reported that around noon the enemy struck the Dnieper with three “Iskander M” missiles and at around 5 p.m. it struck again with ballistics.
Before that, the monitoring TG channels wrote that a Russian reconnaissance UAV was hanging over the Dnipro.
The Russian Ministry of Defense posted a video of the strike on the airfield in Dnipro, in which it can be seen that the adjustment is being made from a drone.
