“The applicant must pose a threat to the EU”: the European Parliament called the ban on issuing visas to all Russians unlawful

The ban on the issuance of Schengen visas to all Russians violates EU law. About it “Izvestia”said German MEP Gunnar Beck on Tuesday, August 16.

EU countries that refuse to issue visas or entry to third-country nationals must prove that these people pose a threat.
