Nile Real Estate Company launched the hotel tower “Tycoon Tower”, the highest hotel in Africa, which constitutes a new icon in the real estate scene in Egypt, especially as it is located in the New Administrative Capital.

Karim Abdeen, head of the commercial sector at Nile Real Estate Development Company, announced the unit prices in the Tycoon Tower hotel, which is the tallest tower in Africa.

– The highest unit in price came at EGP 125 million, in the penthouse floors on the upper floors of the tower.

The unit, which consists of two rooms, amounted to 29.7 million pounds.

– The one-room unit amounted to 19.8 million pounds.

– As for the studio units, the price reached 9.9 million pounds, and these units are 100% owned by the customer and he is responsible for them.

The 50-storey tower includes luxury hotel residential units and will form part of the “Nile Business City” project, which enjoys a central location directly on the Green River and the northern axis of Bin Zayed in the New Administrative Capital.
