the animal died due to the heat

It’s hot, and that’s just the beginning. This Tuesday, we might exceed the bar of 40 degrees in places in Belgium. The advice is therefore always the same: take care of yourself and your loved ones, especially vulnerable people (elderly people, children, etc.). But not only. It is also important to take care of your pets.

Because at home, the heat has already claimed a victim in early July. According to our information, a dog has indeed died following being forgotten in a car in Manage at the beginning of the month. The animal might not stand the high heat, nearly 30 degrees at the time, and was found dead.

The lady who looked following her daughter’s dog explained that she forgot regarding the animal because she was devastated by the death of her father, which had taken place a few hours earlier.
