The AN of 2020 plans to put the law against fascism to consultation

This Tuesday, the 2020 National Assembly (AN) resumed its sessions, a fact that put a stop to its traditional recess. The reason for the decision was the approval of the Public consultation on the law against fascism begins.

The objective of this is “establish the means and mechanisms to preserve peaceful coexistence, public tranquility, the democratic exercise of the popular will, the recognition of diversity, tolerance and mutual respect, in the face of expressions of fascist, neo-fascist or similar nature that may arise in the territory of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela”.
