The AMMC launches the 2nd edition of the Research Prize

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) launched, with the support of its Scientific Council, the 2nd edition of the AMMC research prize in order to consolidate its links with the academic world and encourage scientific research.

A press release from the Authority explains that the AMMC Research Prize competition aims to reward researchers who, through their academic and professional background, contribute to advancing research in the field of capital markets.

This competition, it is specified, is intended to support research work and to reward the innovative and distinctive nature of this work, particularly in areas related to long-term financing via the markets, liquidity and valuation. financial instruments, market infrastructures, futures market and clearing house, asset management, microstructure of financial markets, technological innovations and financial markets (blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc.), finance participatory, sustainable finance, behavioral finance and capital market regulation.

Are thus eligible for the AMMC research prize, doctoral students or holders of a doctorate aged under 40, of Moroccan nationality and affiliated to a higher education establishment in Morocco or abroad, or of foreign nationality and affiliated with a higher education establishment in Morocco.
