The American star, Zion Williamson, extended his contract with the New Orleans Pelicans, which competes in the American League American BasketAnd it will extend for five seasons, during which he will receive approximately $231 million, to be one of the stars of next season, following imposing his conditions on his club.

And the French newspaper “Le Parisien” revealed, on Friday, that the New Orleans Pelicans administration imposed a strange condition in the American star’s contract, in order to ensure that he maintains his technical level to help the team.

The condition includes a financial penalty on Williamson, if his weight exceeds the permissible limit for a professional player, as he will be forced to comply with this condition to avoid penalties in the future.

And the American star, who is 22, will be required to not exceed 130 kilograms throughout the season, in order to guarantee obtaining the full amount included in the new contract, or he will lose a lot since the club monitors the weight of the players periodically.
