The American author of the novel How to Murder Your Husband has been found guilty of actually killing her husband.
AFP news agency reported on the 25th (local time) that the jury had reached the verdict of writer Nancy Cramton Broffey (71, female) charged with murder in a trial held at a court in Portland, Oregon, USA on the 25th (local time).
According to reports, Brophy is the author of romance novels such as ‘The wrong husband’ and ‘The wrong lover’. She is accused of killing her husband by shooting twice.
Prosecutors paid attention to the fact that he had suffered financial hardship before killing her husband and the large amount of insurance that Brophy would receive in the event of her husband’s death.
