The London Screenplay Awards Festival has announced that the feature script, “Roby Jones & Warriors of Hallan,” written by the talented Evi Fotopoulou, has won the Grand Prix at The Best Script Awards London 2024 Summer Season.
Among more than 800 entries, “Roby Jones & Warriors of Hallan” was recognized for its creativity, originality and compelling storytelling. The distinguished jury, made up of judges from selected film festivals such as the Academy Awards, as well as well-known Hollywood and London talent agents, producers and screenwriters, praised Fotopoulou’s work for her distinctive voice and iconic storytelling .
“We are thrilled to award the outstanding screenplay of Evie Fotopoulou,” said the festival organizers. “Her work stood out among a plethora of other excellent entries, captivating us with her inventive plot and unique perspective.
