The accused of assaulting the presser child was brought from “Mental Health” to criminal cases today

Today, Sunday, the Cairo Criminal Court, held in the Fifth Settlement Courts complex, is considering the trial of an unemployed man accused of sexually assaulting a child in the mill, following he was placed in a mental health hospital for 45 days to determine the extent of his responsibility for his actions at the time of the crime and at present.

The decision to be placed in the Mental Health Hospital was issued, headed by Counselor Mohamed Ahmed El-Gendy, head of the court, and the membership of the advisers, Ayman Abdel-Khaleq and Mohamed Ahmed Sabry, the two chiefs of the Cairo Court of Appeal.

Public Prosecution investigations revealed that the accused, “Tariq R.,” 40, unemployed at the Al-Masara Police Department in Cairo governorate, forcibly abused the girl “H” by luring her into his house and assaulting her, but her plea for help and pleading prevented that, as she was not over 18 years old.

The testimony of R.A., 62 years old, with the pension, confirmed that he was a gesture of distress and soliloquy of the victim, accompanied by his grandson, the student, to go to the apartment where the incident occurred. The accused was found naked and stripped of his clothes in front of the victim, so he took them to the police office and accused the accused of assaulting the girl.
