The 90th anniversary of Le Chaînon

As part of the 90e anniversary of Le Chaînon, which helps women in difficulty in Montreal, we unveiled the film Courage Women on TVA+ and on the Télé-Québec website for International Women’s Day.

Quebecor is a proud donor to Le Chaînon. On the red carpet, we saw Sylvie Cordeau, vice-president at Quebecor, in the company of Pascale Bourbeau, spouse of Pierre Karl Péladeau, Catherine Renaud, Julie Roussel, Pierre Karl Péladeau, president and chief executive officer of Quebecor, and Sylvie Bourbonnière, Executive Director of the Le Chaînon Foundation.

Le Chaînon was founded in 1932 by Yvonne Maisonneuve. We see in the photo Catherine Renaud (narrator of the film), Sonia Côté (CEO of Le Chaînon), Marina Orsini (host of the evening), Isabelle Hébert (director of the film), Sylvie Bourbonnière (CEO of the Fondation Le Chaînon) and Julie Roussel (actress in the film).

As part of the Mondou Mondon campaign for the benefit of the CHUV, the Mondou family business donated $100,000 to the Saint-Hyacinthe University Veterinary Hospital Center.
