Who is Nostradamus?
Michel de Nostredame, better known as Nostradamus. French astrologer and physicist born in the 16th century and known for his book “The Prophecies”. He came into the world on December 14, 1503 in Saint-Rémy de Provence in the south of France. At the age of 14, he left his family and joined the University of Montpellier where he studied medicine and astrology.
An expert in astrology, astronomy and medicine, he was fluent in several languages, including Latin, Greek and Hebrew… He used his skills to write down his predictions; these were written in a series of quatrains whose interpretation remains vague.

1. World War III
The prophet announced a seven-month conflict that was interpreted as the start of a third world war.
“Seven months of the Great War, people killed by evil deeds,” he wrote. Some believe that the war in Ukraine corresponds to this prophecy, others envisage the possibility of a major conflict triggered by China because of its inclinations towards Taiwan. The prophet predicts a new war in which several world powers would be involved including the United States, Russia and China.

2. An earthquake

“Sol Twenty of Taurus, so strong the earth will shake,
The great Theater will fill the ruins,
Air, Sky, & Earth, darken & trouble,
When the Infidel God, & Saints will sail.”
Another character famous for his predictions, Eno Alaric, better known as “Time Traveler”, also announced a major earthquake in California.
3. A change in the Vatican: a new Pope
Another prophecy indicates that a new pope will be elected in the coming months to lead the Catholic Church. Nostradamus points out that Pope Francis will leave his place due to his advanced age and in his place will come an obscure and dangerous person who will cause a scandal.
Here is what was said in this quatrain and which indicates this prophecy:
“Roman clergy in the year one thousand six hundred & nine,
To the head of the year will be Election,
Of a gray & black of the Yssu Campaign,
Who never was so clever. ”
The “grey & black” mentioned in the poem would indicate that the future elected pope will be an African or Asian cardinal and will come from a rural area.
4. Global warming
