More than 250 reenactors in period clothing, American and German, evocations of Belgian civilians, a panoply of vehicles from the different belligerents of the Second World War. In short, the program for the 79th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge in Manhay is, once once more, grandiose.
The men of Eddy Monfort, grouped under the aegis of the association “Ardennes history remember 44/45”, are once once more at work to offer a series of activities with, as their watchword, the duty to memory and highlighting the equally violent and decisive battles on the “northern flank” during the Ardennes offensive.
The event is taking place once more this Sunday, in Grandmenil, in the area near the museum, the “Manhay History 44 Museum” dedicated to the battle and obviously accessible throughout the day.
