On an Island Far Away (2023)

In search of a little peace, tranquility and self-discovery, Zeynep decides to escape Munich and take refuge in her mother’s secret cottage on a remote island in Croatia. The only problem is that the old owner, the rustic Josip, still resides on the premises.

The story revolves around a man in search of justice. Initially, Sadik was an ordinary lawyer. However, following witnessing injustices and discovering the flaws in the system, he decides to turn himself into a private detective. Sadik is portrayed as a brave and determined man, willing to risk everything to achieve his goal. He is a complex character who seeks justice and the protection of society, even if that means acting outside the legal parameters.
The Condemned (2007), Scott Wiper
The film tells the story of an illegal and deadly reality show that is broadcast on the internet. In this show, ten convicted criminals from different parts of the world are taken to a remote island, where they are released and forced to fight to the death while being filmed by cameras scattered across the island. One of the convicts is Jack Conrad (played by Stone Cold Steve Austin), a former special forces soldier who was arrested for a crime he didn’t commit. He becomes the film’s protagonist, fighting for survival and trying to expose the truth behind the reality show.
Meanwhile, the show’s producer (played by Vinnie Jones) and her team watch and bet on the results of the fights. Tension builds as the convicts fight each other, with some alliances being formed and others being broken. With a lot of action, suspense and violence, “The Condemned” is an electrifying film that shows how far people will go to survive in a desperate situation.

“Love at the First Kiss” tells the story of Javier (played by Álvaro Cervantes), who, at the age of 16, has his first kiss with a girl and discovers that he is able to predict his own love future from that moment on. With each kiss, he gets to see the whole relationship with that person and, therefore, ends up breaking up before something goes wrong. However, everything changes when he kisses Lucía (played by Silvia Alonso) and has a vision of a happy future with her, with marriage and children. The problem is that Lucía is the girlfriend of his best friend, played by Gorka Otxoa.
Tonight, You Sleep With Me (2023), Robert Wichrowski
Nina (played by Roma Gasiorowska) has a seemingly perfect life: a steady job, adorable daughters and a loving husband. However, as time goes by, her marriage begins to go into crisis and she finds herself questioning whether the responsibility of taking care of the family means giving up her own dreams. An unexpected encounter with a young and attractive intern named Jan (played by Maciej Musial) shakes her world and makes her question the life she has led up until now. Jan is an old boyfriend from her youth and, in their secret meetings, awakens in Nina intense and conflicting feelings of passion and responsibility.
Nina has to choose between following her heart and falling in love with Jan, or maintaining her current life, which, although it seems comfortable and safe, does not completely satisfy her. However, making this choice is not so simple, and she is plagued by internal conflicts and moral dilemmas. You Sleep With Me Tonight is an adaptation of Anna Szczypczyńska’s novel that explores the complexities of balancing responsibility for family and the pursuit of personal happiness. The story makes us reflect on what really matters in life and whether it is possible to find a balance between our responsibilities and our dreams.
