The 30s are coming back after the bad weather

The weather scene is changing again in the coming days with experienced weatherman Sakis Arnautoglou warning of another heat wave.

According to what he mentions in his post on his personal Facebook account, after the bad weather Cassandra, the temperatures expected to occur in the regions of Greece show an upward trend.

As reflected in the table published, the mercury will climb again to 30 degrees Celsius, while in the lowlands the temperature is expected to reach from 28 to 33 degrees Celsius during the week. Finally, in the mountainous and coastal areas the temperature is estimated to be 3-5 degrees lower.

For Monday (7/10)

Generally clear weather and only in the east local clouds with temporary rain are forecast in the early morning hours in Thrace and until the early afternoon in the islands of the eastern Aegean, the Dodecanese and possibly in the northern Cyclades.

Visibility in the morning hours will be limited in places and local fog will form in the western continental areas.

The winds will blow north northwest 3 to 5 Beaufort and in the south west northwest with the same intensity.

The temperature will drop slightly mainly in the east. In the west and the north it will reach 23 to 25 degrees (in western Macedonia and the interior of Epirus 3 to 4 degrees lower) and in the rest of the regions 26 to 28 and locally in the eastern continental 29 degrees Celsius.

MACEDONIA, THRACE

Weather: Generally clear and in the east local clouds with temporary rains in the early hours of the morning in Thrace.
Winds: Northwest 3 to 5 and in the east east northeast with the same intensity.
Temperature: From 12 to 25 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia 3 to 4 degrees lower.

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIROS, WEST STEREA, WEST PELOPONNISOS

Weather: Generally clear with occasional clouds in the continental areas in the morning hours.
Winds: Northwest 3 to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus 3 to 4 degrees lower.

EASTERN STEREA, EVIA, EASTERN PELOPONNISOS

Weather: Generally clear.
Winds: West northwest 4 to 5 which gradually from the afternoon will turn to north northeast 3 to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 12 to 27 to 28 and locally to 29 degrees Celsius.

CYCLADES, CRETE

Weather: A few clouds temporarily increased with the possibility of light local rains mainly in the north and gradually from the afternoon generally clear.
Winds: From west directions 3 to 5 which gradually from noon and from the north will turn to north directions up to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 17 to 27 degrees Celsius.

EAST AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANISE

Weather: Local clouds with occasional rains mainly in the north and gradually from the afternoon generally clear.
Winds: West Southwest 3 to 5 which gradually from noon and from the north will turn to North Northwest to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 19 to 25 and in the south up to 28 degrees Celsius.

THESSALY

Weather: Generally clear.
Winds: West Northwest 3 to 5 which gradually from noon will change to North Northeast to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 12 to 27 degrees Celsius.

ATTICA

Weather: Generally clear.
Winds: West Northwest 3 to 5 and from noon variable to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 18 to 27 to 28 degrees Celsius.

THESSALONIKI

Weather: Generally clear.
Winds: North northwest 4 to 5 and from the afternoon 3 to 4 Beaufort.

The weather on Tuesday (8/10)

Generally clear weather, with sparse clouds mainly in the north. Visibility in the morning hours will be limited in places.

Winds to the west and north will be variable 2 to 4 Beaufort. In the rest of the country, winds will blow from north directions 3 to 4 and locally in the eastern Aegean up to 5 Beaufort.

The temperature will not change appreciably and will reach 24 to 26 degrees in the west and the north, 26 to 28 degrees in the rest of the regions and locally 29 degrees Celsius in the eastern continental areas.

The weather on Wednesday (9/10)

Scattered clouds, which quickly in the west and from midday in the north will thicken and in the northwest there will be local showers and isolated thunderstorms. Visibility in the morning hours will be limited in places.

The winds will blow south southwest 3 to 4 and in the seas locally 5 Beaufort and only in the southeast will be west northwest up to 4 Beaufort.

The temperature will rise slightly.

The weather on Thursday (10/10)

In the west, the eastern island country and Thrace, temporarily increased clouds are predicted with local rains mainly in the west. In the rest of the country few clouds increased in places.

The winds will blow south southwest 3 to 4 and in the southern seas locally up to 5 Beaufort.

The temperature will rise slightly further.

The weather on Friday (11/10)

A few clouds temporarily increasing in the west, north and east of the island country, with localized rain mainly in the northwest. The winds will blow south southwest 3 to 4 and in the southern seas locally up to 5 Beaufort. The temperature will not change appreciably.
