The 3-year-old German artist known as ‘Little Picasso’

Three years old German Baby Laurent Schwarz is still in diapers, but within months he’s become a star on Instagram and the art world. Some media organizations have ‘Little Picasso’ Named.

Schwarz paints portraits in his workshop in a corner of his home in Neubjorn, Bavaria. His talent for producing abstract art and colorful patterns using a brush or paint roller is being appreciated.

His passion for the art was discovered about a year ago during a family vacation at a hotel when a workshop was held there.

His mother, Lisa Schwarz, 33, told AFP: ‘When we came back home, her child was very enthusiastic about abstract painting.’

The child’s parents set aside a workshop for him in a corner of the house and bought the pictures he made.

The parents created an Instagram account to promote their son’s work through photos and videos.

“In four weeks, the number of followers on the account reached 10,000,” says the mother. She said she was originally looking for a way to easily share her son’s work with family and friends.

Laurent has over 90,000 followers on social media. During a sale held at the end of September, buyers from all over the world paid millions of euros to purchase his photographs.

“Among those interested in Laurent’s talent are a famous American actor and the royal family,” says Lisa Schwartz. It’s incredible.’
