Giza Governorate continues to implement the removal of conflicting houses for the new 26th of July Corridor project in Al-Barajeel area, to connect it with the Ring Road.
The concerned government agencies pay the compensation set for the people living in the Al-Barajeel area in exchange for removing their homes that conflict with the path.
On July 16, the concerned authorities in Giza Governorate began the first work of removing real estate that contradicts the path of the new 26th of July Corridor in the Barajeel area, next to the Barajil Bridge, specifically in Ezbet Kheiza.
The demolition work began by removing the houses from the airport side, following paying all the necessary and prescribed compensation for the citizens living in these properties.
A source in Giza Governorate told Masrawy that the number of properties to be removed in the Barajeel area is regarding 119, with the axis being 62 meters wide, starting from the ring road to the Barajeel Bridge – (Bashtil station).
The “Masrawy” lens monitored the latest pictures of the ongoing demolition work in the Barajeel area, which shows the work of the new 26th of July axis bridge.
