Luis “Enzo” Traettino, president of the Board of Directors of the Anzoátegui State Football Association, reported on Monday that the 2024 Futsal Development League was inaugurated over the weekend in Clarines, Bruzual municipality.
The director of the entity in charge of football in the Aurirrojo territory indicated that the opening ceremony of the event was held at the Virgen del Valle multipurpose field.
“The activity was carried out thanks to the collaboration of the leaders Luis Boada, Henry Vargas, Carmen Flores and Héctor Blanco, as well as the authorities of the Bruzual municipality. Thanks to them, a competition was started that will serve to project the sporting and human talent of children, young people and adolescents,” explained Traettino.

“Once the opening protocol was completed, in which the team members were accompanied by their godmothers, a technical congress was held that helped define a schedule with the teams present that were divided to play on the Virgen de Valle courts, at the Domínguez Educational Unit (UE) and the Clarines Sports Center,” added Traettino, who assured that the kids showed their talents on the square.
“The teams gave and showed everything they learned in practice at their respective academies. We hope that the competition will be a great success,” he concluded.
