Twelve European teams have reached the World Cup, while Wales, Ukraine and Scotland are waiting for a place through the European play-off to qualify for the World Cup.

No two teams of the same seed can fall into the same group, nor can two teams from the same continent meet in this round, except for Europe.

Arab teams
Tunisia and Morocco will compete in the third classification, as they cannot be in one group first because they are from the same continent and secondly because they are in the same classification.
As for Saudi Arabia, it will start with the fourth classification, which means that it may face Tunisia or Morocco, while it will not face Qatar because it is from the same continent, but it is possible that Qatar falls with Morocco or Tunisia in one group.
