Inspector of the prison administration Idrissa Sow, director of legal affairs of the planning of statistics of the prison administration and warrant officer Issa Ndione involved in the leak of Ousmane Sonko’s medical file are languishing in prison.
Arrested by the DIC in the case of the leak of the letter on the state of health of Ousmane Sonko, the two officers of the prison administration, inspector Idrissa Sow also director of legal affairs for the planning of statistics of the prison administration and adjutant Issa Ndione were edified by their fate.

Following judicial information requested by the prosecution, they were indicted and then placed under arrest warrant yesterday Monday by the Dean of Judges, reports Libération. They are being prosecuted for violation of professional secrecy, unlawful collection of personal data but also acts and maneuvers likely to compromise public security.
As a reminder, the DIC had begun an active search for individuals involved in the disclosure of Ousmane Sonko’s medical file on the Internet. Investigators began tracing the administrative route of the mail, going back to the management of the prison administration and the department of the Ministry of Justice, in order to identify the people involved.
