The gastronomic page Taste Atlas, famous for ranking food around the world, has included in its latest list of ‘The 150 most legendary restaurants‘ to two Peruvian establishments.

These are the Peruvian restaurants Astrid & Gastón and El Bolivariano, located in position 105 and 172, respectively.
“Welcome to our curated list of the 150 best legendary restaurants in the world, each of which offers a unique gastronomic journey worth embarking on at least once in a lifetime,” says Taste Atlas at the beginning of the ranking.
Tastle Atlas pointed out that in these places it’s not just the food that stands out, but the place.
“These are not just places to enjoy a meal, but destinations in their own right, comparable to the most famous museums, galleries and monuments in the world. Each has stood the test of time, eschewing fad gimmicks in favor of high-quality, traditional cuisine.”
This page also recommends a dish for each restaurant. In the case of Astrid & Gastón, they recommend their cebiche, while in El Bolivariano they highlight the lomo saltado.
