Rabat- The 14th national congress of the Popular Movement (MP) represents “a turning point” in the history of the party, its secretary general Mohand Laenser said on Friday in Rabat.
Opening the work of this two-day congress placed under the sign of “Fidelity to Morocco of Institutions”, Mr. Laenser stressed that the congress is being held in a delicate international context, marked by the profound impact of the Covid pandemic. -19 on the economic, social and psychological levels. A pandemic that has made it necessary to seek innovative alternatives in order to protect and shelter economies from the risks of a collapse, he said.
