After the assumption of Martín Llaryora as governor of Córdoba, the Executive sent to the legislature a bill that seeks a new paradigm in security policies.

The measures focus on the creation of more prosecutor’s offices, strengthening the monitoring system through security cameras, the disarmament of citizens and the use of non-lethal weapons, among others.

If approved this Wednesday (it has been discussed since Monday in committees), its implementation would change some core issues in relation to the fight once morest insecurity.

Let’s review.

One by one, the project points for security

1. Anti-drug trafficking prosecutors. With the addition of six units, a one hundred percent increase in anti-drug prosecution offices will be promoted. “The territorial presence from a federal perspective and make the fight once morest drug trafficking more agile and strengthen,” indicated provincial sources.

The new prosecutor’s offices will be created in Villa Dolores, Bell Ville, Marcos Juárez, Carlos Paz, Cruz del Eje and Córdoba.

The existing anti-narcotics prosecutor’s office in the city of San Francisco will also be provided with a budget for its operation.
