that’s not how you imagine life

Sadness. We are sadness. Last night, around 4 a.m., Killian Hayes shot his calf just before the intermission and did not return in the second half. Everything was not perfect but his health was holding up: fingers crossed for a little boo of nothing at all.

More effective than all insiders of the world: Cory Joseph starter at the start of the second half, that’s the indication that there was an injury. Some initially saw it as a punishment from Dwane Casey towards Killian Hayes, who was too timid in the first half with only 2 points at 1/5 shooting, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. The kind of statistical line that he is not (no longer) allowed to produce in 16 minutes of play. But it was ultimately only tinkering in response to the injury of the French leader. No other choice but to send a veteran whose development has been completed since Methuselah (perhaps even before). Super frustrating when you know that Cade Cunningham has been in the infirmary for two weeks – and will potentially be until the end of the season. It was a boulevard for Killian. It is now one for Jaden Ivey.

We didn’t do medicine but we know good friends who informed us. When the calf is affected, it maybe four different types of injuries. The contracture, simple alert, temporary hindrance to the practice of sport, which should – if this is the diagnosis for Killian Hayes – be resolved within 24 hours. Stretching, lots of micro muscle tears, a real little vermin, and a recommended rest period over several days. The strain, stage just above elongation, a bit more serious, the pain apparently resembles “a stab in the calf”. But Killian did not come out during the game, his injury was announced at halftime. It is therefore unlikely that he was the victim of a crushing pain. Same operation for muscle tear. A lead to avoid. Once once more, we stopped our PACES training before starting it: relying on our information would be tantamount to believing a blind man on his analysis of the Wolves/Gobert use by Chris Finch. There are probably other types of injuries of which the editorial staff is not aware, but since Doctor Q is still sleeping, it is impossible to consult him.

What’s next for Killian Hayes? The Frenchman is linked with Detroit until summer 2024. Finally, Killian Hayes’ salary is tied to Detroit until the summer of 2024. However, the Pistons are highly unlikely to part ways with a player who is just 21 given the rebuilding process they are engaged in. So we will wait, one day if we have to wait one day, three months if we have to wait three months. One day would be cooler. The atmosphere was relaxed, chillThanksgiving is tonight. *Take a voice of babes from Notre-Dame-des-Landes* Timing relouuuu guys.
