A couple who left a certification shot in the middle of a road near a resort is being criticized by public opinion.
The informant told JTBC on the 3rd, “Since it’s the holiday season, there was quite a bit of traffic and there were a lot of cars coming in, so I sat there and took pictures.”
The photo was taken on a road in a resort in Seoraksan Mountain, Gangwon-do, where vehicle traffic is frequent.
The man and woman said that a car was coming from the opposite side, but they didn’t mind it and sat on the road to take a picture. The informant explained the situation at the time, saying, “They had no choice but to cross the center line because they seemed to have no intention of leaving their seats because they fell into the saga of photography.”
Netizens who came across the story strongly criticized it, saying, “I don’t think I’m Korean, so I don’t have a concept”, and “It should be made into a law so that even an accident can’t be compensated.”
Such a non-conceptual authentication shot has been controversial in the past.
Last year, a photo was uploaded to an online community with the title, “20-year-old Pangyo Bentley male.” In the released photo, a man is posing in an underground parking lot while wearing shoes on an expensive Bentley car.
According to the informant, the vehicle does not belong to the man, and it is known that he climbed into another person’s car without a single face just to take this picture. However, the owner of the Bentley said, “I’m still a baby at the age of 20 and the car has no scratches, so it’s okay.”
Also in March, a woman who parked her car in the middle of the road in the Boryeong Undersea Tunnel and got out of the car was released, causing controversy.
At the time, a police official said, “If you park the vehicle and take pictures or run on the road, it may lead to a major accident.”
