In the morning conference this Wednesday in National Palacethe Mexican president referred that said financing policy for organizations is “anachronistic and even offensive“.
“We maintain our protest, because the US government is interferingly allocating money to a supposed civil association that is actually a political organization, conservative, whose sole purpose is to attack us, to combat a legal and legitimately constituted government. and fight us with lies, fight us with dirty war,” he said.
We do not accept that policy of the US, with all due respect, it is anachronistic and offensive to any country, to any government, because we do not allocate money to support Republicans or support Democrats in the US, that is contrary to law international, they are one of the things that should no longer exist”, he pointed out.
Lopez Obrador He explained that it is false that this US government policy helps fight corruption and strengthen civil society in other countries.
“On the contrary, it is to enforce corruption and they become accomplices by supporting those who want a corruption regime to remain in Mexico, they are accomplices because all those who are in that civil association have to do with vested interests, with those who benefited during the neoliberal period during the looting period, when they ruined Mexico,” he declared.
“What do those from the US agencies not know? It is in the public domain, it is a matter of going to a newspaper library on the computer as soon as it is bitten,” he added.
The boss of Executive Mexican federal government described as positive the message of the State of the Union of the president Joe Bidenwho urged the US Congress to carry out immigration reform, as well as the control in matters of weapons.
“I think President Biden’s message is appropriate, correct and timely, especially on the issue of gun control. That is an issue that matters a lot to us, and also the new focus that must be given to immigration policy, the commitment to approve the immigration reform to regularize our countrymen and migrants who are in the US”, he argued.
