New Delhi | The news that the Delhi Rose Avenue Court has ordered a case against former minister KT Jalil over the controversial Kashmir reference is false. According to the court order, the Harijikaran’s argument has been heard and the case is adjourned to September 14. On Monday, the media reported that the court had ordered a case against Jaleel.
After the copy of the court order came out, it became clear that there was no mention of filing a case. The media frenzy became clear when Supreme Court lawyer Subhash Chandran posted a copy of the KR order on social media. Supreme Court lawyer GS Mani filed a complaint against Jalil. The court will hear the case again tomorrow.
