An apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro has been severely damaged by a Russian missile strike that left several people buried under the rubble. Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy chief of staff to President Zelensky, reports this. So far, five people have been killed and more than twenty injured, including several children. An air raid alert is in effect across the country following rocket attacks on several cities.
