Research on a major transportation project worth VND 9,750 billion

The project investment objective is to make an important contribution to traffic flow, reducing the increasing number of vehicles participating in traffic on National Highway 1 through Thanh Hoa city, Quang Xuong district and opening expand space for urban development.

At the same time, gradually complete the transportation network according to the general planning of Thanh Hoa urban area and the planning of Thanh Hoa province approved by the Prime Minister.

Expand satellite roads

The end point at Km 1+500 follows the intersection range of the road project from Thanh Hoa city center connecting with the traffic road from Tho Xuan Airport to Nghi Son economic zone in An Hung ward, Thanh Hoa city .

At the end of January 2024, Sam Son City Construction Investment Project Management Board selected for the joint venture contractor Central Mien Construction Group Joint Stock Company – TLK Transport and Construction Investment Company Limited – TLK Construction Joint Stock Company. Northern Electromechanical Co., Ltd. implements the Southern Ma River Avenue Project, the section from the coastal road to Tran Nhan Tong Street, Sam Son City. The above mentioned joint venture won the 07 construction contract package with a value of 228 billion VND.

It is known that the project to expand the Southern Ma River line has a total investment of 331 billion VND, using the city budget and other legally mobilized sources.

The project is a level II traffic project, with a total route length of 1,843 km, with the goal of gradually completing the regional traffic infrastructure system, realizing the approved planning, ensuring traffic safety, and meeting Meeting the transportation needs of Sam Son city while increasing the value of the exploited land fund on both sides of the route and contributing to local socio-economic development.
