Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Anutin Charnwirakul said on Monday (9 January 2023) that “travelers do not have to show vaccination results” to enter Thailand.

On Friday, January 6, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) will require passengers boarding flights to Thailand to present proof of full vaccination from Monday, January 9. After that, on January 8 (Sunday), it was changed that even if you have not been vaccinated, you will be able to board if you are tested for the new coronavirus at the port of arrival.

And on January 9 (Monday), the day of the change in immigration restrictions, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health Anutin said, “Travelers do not need to show vaccination results.” It will reportedly take effect the same day.
