Two children were killed Tuesday and a dozen were injured in a shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, according to a local hospital.
Uvalde Memorial Hospital said on Facebook that it had taken care of “13 children”, adding that two “had died” when they arrived. Local police say they have arrested the suspected shooter.
