The first human stronger than Tetris

This week, we talked a lot regarding Willis Gibson: he’s the first human faster than Tetris. With Nintendo’s NES console, released in 1983, he managed to “crash” the game when only artificial intelligence (AI) had been able to do so until now. At 13, Willis, aka “Blue Scuti”, is known in the world of e-sports and regularly streams his video game games. To beat this record, this American used the technique of rolling : it is the fact ofuse all your fingers at the same time on the controller rather than just one or two, to be faster.

Want to see Willis break this record? So watch this video. But be careful: it’s long!
We will have warned you…

Gabriel Attal becomes Prime Minister

On January 8, the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, appointed a new Prime Minister: Gabriel Attal. Until then, he was Minister of National Education. It was he who set up the uniform test at school and also the system of replacing absent teachers with other teachers from the same establishment. At 34, he became thehe youngest Prime Minister of the Fifth Republic. And also the first to say he’s gay. He must now announce the names of the future members of his government.

On January 9, a ceremony took place in Paris. Élisabeth Borne, who was prime minister until then, officially gave way to Gabriel Attal.

Start of the Euro handball

On January 10, the men’s handball Euro began in Germany. And France won its first match 39 to 29 once morest North Macedonia! See you this Sunday, January 14 for the France-Switzerland match. Then January 16 for France-Germany. The French team is one of the favorites! But we will also have to watch Denmark and Sweden. And this year, the best team will leave with qualification for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. France is already qualified, since the Olympics will take place on its territory.
