Pork legs, smoked meat are used by many families during Tet to receive guests because they are very delicious and convenient. Just slice a few slices of smoked ham with a can of beer or a glass of wine is enough to receive guests on a spring day.

Onions will spoil faster in the refrigerator than on the counter. It will be moldy and rotten before you know it. It is best to store onions at room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight.

Garlic

Melon
Whole melons, such as cantaloupe, watermelon, and honeydew, taste best when stored at room temperature.

Nuts
Cold temperatures can help prevent the natural oils in nuts from going rancid, but a cold environment can reduce the flavor or degrade the smell of the seeds.
Because nuts often have the ability to absorb the odors of other foods very well, if you want to keep the natural flavor, you should put the seeds in a tightly closed jar and store at room temperature.

Honey will crystallize when kept in the refrigerator. It became grainy and mostly solid, so it was almost impossible to use.
Honey keeps for a really long time as long as it is stored at room temperature. Honey is the only food that doesn’t spoil and doesn’t need to be refrigerated.
Bread
Bread is relatively perishable. Some people put it in the fridge to prevent mold growth and it helps in that sense.
In any case, putting bread in the refrigerator is a mistake. Slices of bread (or toast of all kinds) will suck up cold air from the fridge, or they will rot and change their taste, or they will dry out and harden.

The coffee

Banana

Tomato

Eggplant

Apple

Olive oil

Ham
The fat and water present in the ham combined with the low temperature make the ham spoil faster. Therefore, ham should not be stored in the refrigerator.
