Since February, the former “home appliances” division of Philips has been renamed Versuni. It is this Dutch company, from now on, which is in charge of vacuum cleaners, coffee machines (Senseo…), fans or even these airfryers (“hot air fryers”) popularized for more than 10 years. We are not talking here regarding an oven or a fryer… but regarding a device that is a bit of both at the same time. It can cook chicken as well as fries, chocolate cookies, fish or vegetables. After placing the ingredients in the drawer, we operate either by manual adjustment (temperature and air speed, cooking time), or by taking advantage of the integrated thermometer, or even by taking advantage of the dedicated application, NutriU.
