Tesla opens five new centers in France, here’s where to find them

Tesla continues to develop its French network, notably with the inauguration of a showroom in Tours.

Casually, Tesla becomes a heavyweight in the French market. In the first quarter of 2023, it delivered more than 12,000 cars to us, thus doing better than Audi, Opel, Hyundai or even Ford! If it is easy to order the brand’s vehicles in a few clicks, it does not forget the importance of concessions.

It is therefore continuing to develop its French network. After opening three centers in 2022 (Nancy, Caen and Paris-Val d’Europe), Tesla announces the arrival of five new addresses in 2023.

The first opening for this year has just taken place in Tours. Located to the west of the Touraine metropolis, the building of more than 1600 m2 allows you to discover the range. About ten employees are available to inform interested people regarding the various financing formulas available and to organize road tests. An following-sales workshop will also open its doors on site soon.

Then, a center will open, in a few weeks, in Clermont-Ferrand. Later in the year there will be centers in Perpignan and Dijon. A second site will be offered for Lyon residents, at Saint-Priest (in addition to the Lyon-Dardilly Center open since 2017).

In total, at the end of 2023, there will therefore be 24 Tesla centers in France. According to the brand, 85% of the metropolitan population will be within a 90-minute drive of a center.

But the manufacturer points out that it is not always necessary to go to a center for maintenance, thanks to its mobile teams, which continue to be reinforced as well (there are currently around thirty of them). The builder “can carry out nearly 80% of maintenance operations at the owner’s preferred location”.
