This last Tuesday the 13th, the American electric car company announced the update of its infotainment through its . The improvement comes shortly before Christmas, which is why specialized journalism has called it ‘Christmas Update’. It will be available for the Tesla Model S and Model X, and can only be used with the vehicle parked.

It is a game package that includes AAA titles such as Cybertunk 2077 or Half-Life, among thousands of other games.

The Apple Music app is also being integrated inside Tesla vehicles, joining other music streaming apps already in cars, like Spotify.

The update also brings the mode Dog or Sentry Mode that allows users to view the cabin camera from the Tesla app to keep an eye on their dogs when they are alone in the car.

With the Light Show feature, users can schedule light shows on multiple vehicles simultaneously to create their own orchestra of lights.

Additionally, the automaker announced that “Track mode is coming to Model Y vehicles.”

The update also provides other features, such as the ability to “control your garage door remotely using MyQ from your touchscreen”, “make Zoom calls with the in-cab camera”, and “emissions test mode on the Tesla app.

Now this upgrade package will only be available on 2022 cars and newer S and X cars that have 16GB of DDR memory and ‘Premium Connectivity’.
