Tesla chief Elon Musk plans to visit China and meet its prime minister
The CEO of the American electric car company “Tesla” Elon Musk plans to visit China in April at the earliest, and is seeking to hold a meeting with Premier Li Keqiang, Archyde.com reported, citing two sources today, Friday.
However, the agency indicated that it had not received a response to a request for comment regarding this information, neither from Tesla nor from the State Council Information Office in China.
The visit is of particular importance, especially since China is the second largest market for Tesla cars following the United States.
The Tesla factory in Shanghai is the largest production center for the famous electric car maker.
Musk’s visit to China will be the first since the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, and since President Xi Jinping won a third presidential term.
