A very serious confusion and a terrifying surprise took the inhabitants and the municipal authorities of the municipality of Los Andes-Sotomayor, in the northwest of Nariño, where members of the FARC dissidents carried out motorcycle patrols, as if they were the Public Force of the country or like Pedro for his house.
