Widely used in the areas of Information Technology and Labor, complete human resources outsourcing has been gaining ground in the national scenario. According to a study conducted by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), 80% of Brazilian companies use outsourcing in some sector or activity, which represents more than 15% of their budgets. According to HR experts, when outsourcing services are used strategically by managers to reduce bureaucracy in administrative processes, it can lead to sustainable and constant business expansion.

A study by the international consultancy firm “The Economist Intelligence Unit” showed that almost 90% of executives believe that organizational agility is essential for business success. In this scenario, Conexão Talento, a company based in Niterói, has been offering Human Resources Outsourcing services to other companies for over ten years: “We know that companies are modernizing and want to do away with the bureaucratic view of HR, in addition to increasingly seeking to reduce costs,” says Márcia Bastos, the company’s founding partner. “I worked for many years in large companies and sought a methodology for our service that can be adapted to the client’s business model,” she adds.

Nattalia Meato Vinhas, founding partner of N! Múltiplas Soluções, says she chose to use the solution in her company: “We are expanding our business and people are always the most challenging part. We didn’t have an HR department yet, and we invested in hiring Conexão Talento,” says the entrepreneur, who estimates a difference of at least 50% in the use of outsourced solutions versus hiring a team directly. “We are marketing specialists, not HR specialists. I understand that the ideal is to have a company to help us in this area,” she concludes.

Clients such as Hotel H, Leroy Merlin and Kopanhagen, among others, use Conexão Talento’s Outsourcing model, which also offers Recruitment & Selection and Training services, among others. Earlier this year, the company received the Women-Friendly Company Seal from the State of Rio de Janeiro, which recognizes organizations for their commitment to promoting women’s rights in their workplaces. “We are very happy with this new recognition. To receive the certificate, we need to meet certain requirements, such as having a workplace that values women’s health, physical and emotional integrity and dignity,” says Lucas Bianchini, also a partner in the company.
