Tendulkar, who hit 200 off 147 balls with 25 fours and three sixes, is now talking regarding his first century. Tendulkar said that he reached the double century following consuming a lot of painkillers and that he would never forget that day in his life.
“I still remember that day. I was not even sure if I might play that one match day. That day I might not bear the severe pain and went down to bat following consuming painkillers. On the day of the match I was in severe pain all over my body. I decided to spend a lot of time with the physio and play. I had told him all regarding my pain. I decided to play following that, ”Tendulkar said.
“When I got to batting I didn’t even think regarding the pain for a second. I was able to play very free. I never thought regarding a double century. “After hitting a century, I tried to play without pressure,” said Tendulkar
