It’s already been ten years to the day this Thursday, August 31, that Andrea Casiraghi put the ring on his wife’s finger Tatiana Santo Domingo. Since then, the lovebirds have welcomed into their lives two boys and a girl (Alexandre Andrea Stefano said Sacha, 10 years old, India, 8 years old and Maximilian Rainier, 5 years old). And if the father can be proud of the beautiful love story he built with his wife, he can also thank his sister, who is behind it, at least somehow.
Indeed, Charlotte Casiraghi allowed her older brother to meet the young woman (then 20 years old) since they were both educated at the Lycée de Fontainebleau, in Seine-et-Marne, as our colleagues from Paris Match in March 2013. Since the beginning of their love story, Tatiana and Andrea have never left each other, even if they are not the members of Monegasque royalty who put themselves forward the most. As a reminder, the couple announced their engagement a year later Princess Charlene’s Union and Prince Albert II of Monaco (which took place at the beginning of July 2011). The civil marriage on the Rock takes place on August 31, 2013 and the religious intervenes several months later (February 1, 2014, in Switzerland). A young woman with a passion for fashion
Tatiana Casiraghi is the daughter of former Colombian businessman Julio Mario Santo Domingo Jr. and she was born in New York. Wealthy heiress, she is also the daughter of Vera Rechulski, a socialite of Brazilian origin who is the owner of an antique shop located in Paris. She therefore lived between several countries during her youth, studying in London, the UK, Geneva, Switzerland, and the Big Apple. Interested in fashion, she founded in 2009, with a friend, a brand of clothing and accessories from around the world. During this same period, when she was only 25 years old, she deals with the sudden disappearance of her father. This death was caused by cancer and it allowed him to get closer to her husband, Andrea, who also lost his own father, Stefano, of a sudden death in 1990, when he was just a very young child.
