In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the National Social Security Fund held on September 22, 2023 and the decision of the Minister of Economy and Finance No. 005/2023, dated 10/17/2023 the CNSS informs all the companies concerned of the entry into force of a temporary free remission of late payment surcharges, penalties and recovery costs relating to CNSS debts relating to the period 12/2024 and earlier.
This measure concerns all debtor companies and concerns a partial discount according to the following rates:

To simplify procedures for affiliated companies wishing to benefit from this discount, the CNSS has reactivated the dedicated electronic service. In this context, the affiliated employer can submit their request via the Damancom portal or through the link “damancom.ma/recouvrement” as of 07/11/2023.
From this date, the CNSS will make available to affiliates on its official website and its official pages on social networks, a tutorial video and a guide explaining in a simple manner the steps to take to use this service.
