“There are a few clouds and those that concern the middle and lower Tyrrhenian Sea also seem substantial”: this is how Paolo Sottocorona began, live from the studio of Omnibus, the morning talk show that deals with political and current affairs topics, has released the latest weather forecast. Bad news, then? No. “At the moment there isn’t much rain and it’s light”, he reassured everyone. Today, in the South “it is unlikely that there will be rain”. Going up towards the Center and much of the North, however, there is the possibility of “some very light rain”. “Not perfect” day but not “disturbed” either. Some more significant phenomena might be recorded in Emilia Romagna, in some Alpine areas and in Liguria, but no alarms should be raised.
Tomorrow there will be a change of pace. “This uncertainty will be resolved for many regions in the South and in much of the Centre. Rain remains in the central Apennines and in Tuscany. In the North the weather is still uncertain and rainfall of a certain consistency in the North-West”, explained the meteorologist. The improvement will continue on Sunday, albeit with heavy rainfall in the far North-West. Minimum temperatures “are still low”, but “the tendency is to rise”, assured the expert.
