How to change video playback speed on Telegram on iPhone/iPad
Open Telegram and go to the conversation where the video is located. Then tap on top of it or on the YouTube playback button and go to the button represented by three dots (in the upper right corner).
Select “Playback Speed” and choose one of the available options: “0.5x”, “Normal”, “1.5x” or “2x”, or simply slide your finger over the white bar for a more granular choice.
How to Change Video Playback Speed in Telegram on Mac or Web
In Telegram for macOS or on the web, click on the video and select “1x” for the other options to appear.
Remember that if you access Telegram in one of these ways, it is not possible to open a preview of videos sent through links, only those that have been natively sent (from your gallery or recorded on the fly, for example).
